COVID-19 Local Action Tracker
The National League of Cities and Bloomberg Philanthropies have teamed up to collect and share actions taken by local leaders in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The database includes over 600 cities, over 350 American Rescue Act Plans and Proposals, and over 4,500 policies tracked to date. The data has been collected through active research and direct submissions from local leaders. The tracker tool allows you to search by City or State, Policy Area, or City Action.
Mental Health America Advocacy Network
Mental Health America (MHA) takes a unique approach to policy. MHA believes policy should ask people what they need to live the lives they want and support them in getting there. Recovery is founded on the principle that people can take on meaningful roles in the community despite mental health challenges, when they receive the support they need. MHA's goal is recovery for all. There is nothing more important than allowing everyone, and those they care about, the chance to live the life they want with meaningful roles in the community. The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Public Policy Institute informs public debate on the issues we face as we age, promoting policies to address our common need for economic security, health care, and quality of life. The Livability Index tool scores neighborhoods and communities across the U.S. for the services and amenities that impact your life the most. Search for your location and explore top-scoring communities.
