Founder & CEO
Anjali Chainani, PhD
Dr. Anjali Chainani has two decades of experience in the public sector, and has collaborated with non-profits, academia, and local government.
Dr. Chainani's management experience at the highest levels of government, combined with her eagerness to learn, openness to new ideas and technologies, and adaptability to the fast-changing and increasingly complex business environment are foundational to her success.
Anavi Strategies specializes in public impact consulting, with a focus on helping clients effectively marshall data and evidence to advance effective programs and policies.
Andres Celin, MPA
Andres Celin has over a decade of experience designing and expanding community development programs in North Philadelphia. He has worked with social service agencies, school-based youth programs and community organizing non-profits to develop trauma-informed organizational strategies and program models focused on systems change.
Andres is deeply passionate about developing concrete pathways for community leaders to participate in policymaking, and most recently served as Outreach Director for Philadelphia City Councilmember At-Large Helen Gym.
Stephanie Bird, BA
Stephanie Bird is an entrepreneur and innovative leader in branding, design, and curation. As a lifestyle family photographer, Stephanie listens and sees intently to capture the joy of family life for each client.
As an experienced brand manager, Stephanie serves as the manager and buyer for a high-end baby boutique and design center in Chester County, PA and manages the company’s social media presence.
In 2020, Stephanie launched Three Little Birds Design, an Etsy store to sell and distribute her own merchandise. In 2021, Stephanie joined Anavi Strategies as the company’s brand manager to develop the new company's practical and relevant brand strategy.
Roopa Seshadri, PhD
Roopa Seshadri is a quantitative social scientist with 25 years of experience in conducting research into child and adolescent human services and wellbeing. She has partnered with academia, government and community organizations around program evaluation and evidence-informed approaches to programs and policies.
Roopa specializes in supporting organizations in their mission of justice and equity by promoting cross-system collaboration, and creating a learning culture through evidence-informed strategies, knowledge-sharing, and cross-system solutions.
Henry Feinstein, BA
Henry Feinstein is pursuing a Master's in City and Regional Planning from the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. He has experience with program monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and visualization, and innovation in government at both the local and federal levels.
He aspires to focus his career on integrating data science and quantitative research methods into the everyday functioning of municipal governments in ways which promote both effectiveness and equity.
Vaughn Ross, BA
Vaughn Ross has over a decade of experience managing local government economic development, campaign fundraising, and working in partnership with community-based organizations to achieve a shared vision.
Vaughn is the founder and principal of Rvesta, a consulting practice that offers consultative and advisory services to governmental, quasi-governmental, non-profit, and for-profit organizations that strive for inclusive economic growth in urban areas around the country.
Vaughn brings a unique approach to clients through his unconventional thinking, intellectual curiosity, and deep commitment to make American cities live up to the promises of the past and potential of the future.
